Pyrolave’s manufacture entails cutting the lavastone to the required shape, using advanced CNC technology.

A wide range of edging profiles is available, each having a slightly different influence on the appearance of the colour glazes on the contours.

Or the edge can be left in its rough cut state, emphasising the instrinsic strength and beauty of the raw lavastone.

The stone can be escaved underneath or on top, to accommodate inserts such as sinks, deep fryers, induction units, frost tops, refrigerated cavities, which are affixed using methods suitable for their particular setting.

The stone can be carved out for built-in decorative and functional finishes,  such as drainage grooves in kitchen sink areas and non-slip grooves in bathrooms and swimming pools.

A thicker piece of lavastone is used to carve from one piece the exquisite massif vanity.

Decorative panels, tiles, and splashbacks can be cut and then re-affixed after the glaze has been applied.
